About my fundraising
hi my name is Jakob and i have just recently been diagnosed as having ASD (autistic spectrum disorder). the childrens centre has helped me out a lot since i started going there in september 2010 so now my mummy and i want to help out them. please could everyone sponsor me to help the childrens centre buy much needed equipment. if you would like to make a smaller donation please ask my mummy xx
