About IT'S YOUR CHOICE

It's Your Choice provides information, advice, guidance and counselling to young people aged 12-25 in the New Forest. We provide a safe and confidential setting for young people to get help with any issue that they are struggling with, and through non-judgmental support give them the information to make their own positive choices. We offer specialist support in sexual health, drug and alcohol, housing, mental health, and anger issues, but we are not restricted to these areas - anything that is a problem for a young person, we will help with. We work with schools, colleges, and other settings to run workshops, presentations, and activities aimed at informing young people on issues that affect them.
