Inner Flame

To inspire and support young people to live rich, happy fulfilling lives and be excited about who they are! Just think what a difference it would make if each of them had all the tools and motivation to make positive choices for their lives. Inner Flame runs two residential courses; Fire Me Up a residential course for people aged 14-19 and a residential for 18 - 24 year olds. Participants experience a unique opportunity for personal growth and development through.

- Challenging activities, working with skilled instructors at an outdoor education centre,

- Team working combined with individual practice and 1:1 coaching

- Meeting inspirational guest speakers who have overcome difficulties and achieved success.

-(18-24 only) increased confidence in interviews and presentation skills.
