QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER TO ERECT IN HYDE PARK, LONDON A GATE AND RAILINGS OF ARTISTIC MERIT TO SERVE AS A PUBLIC UTILITY AND ENHANCE THE AMENITIES OF THE SAID PARK; SECONDLY (11)TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE UPKEEP OF HYDE PARK AS A PLACE OF PUBLIC RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
