Helen's first swim the Solent

Helen Stephens is raising money for West Wight Sports & Community Centre
My story
After admiring my sister for swimming the Solent last year, I thought I'd make a splash and join her this year.
Even though I would prefer to swim in a heated pool where I can see the bottom, and the only thing floating by tends to be a stray pair of goggles, I am proud to be swimming the Solent in memory of my Dad who lost his life after a short battle with cancer last year.
I will be raising money for the West Wight Sports Centre Trust and Cancer Research and hope you will give generously to support me.
