About my fundraising
A 15 mile walk on 19 May 2011 in celebration of our founding greyhound Chelsea, who would have been 15 years old on that day. Join us or support the great legacy she built.
Chelsea passed to Rainbow Bridge on 22 March, not quite making her 15 years but she will be with us on the day as she will be loved and live on in so many peoples memories.
We're doing an all day walk from Notley Country Park in Braintree, the venue for the very first Greyhound Walk in April 2006, and Chelsea's 'home ground'. We'll walk along the Flitch Way to Dunmow for lunch then return to Notley Country Park in the afternoon.
At 7pm we'll complete the 15 miles with a walk around the country park with as many of her friends, old and new who would like to come along.
Any funds raised will go towards Greyhound Walks - her charity - and Macmillan Cancer Support
