About my fundraising
Dear Friends ...
To mark my 74th birthday, I have decided to combine my love of walking with an effort to raise funds for the Tintagel Orpheus Male Voice Choir, of which I am a member, and disabledsouthwest.co.uk, the community project run by our accompanist Alan Dawe. The walk will commence at Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire and finish some 200 miles later at St. Bees in Cumbria. The route will go through three National parks - the North York Moors, the Peak District of Derbyshire and the Lake District of Cumbria. Hopefully I should complete it in 2 weeks, provided the old feet are still willing.
