About Gingerbread
Gingerbread is the charity which works nationally and locally, for and with single parent families, to improve their lives. We achieve change by championing their voices and needs and providing support services. On 19 January 2009 One Parent Families| Gingerbread became Gingerbread. Formed following a merger of the National Council for One Parent Families and Gingerbread, we now provide increased support and a stronger campaigning voice for single parents and their families. Your help will ensure that we can continue to transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable families in England and Wales. Finding Gingerbread was a God-send for me. I have been on my own for six years, bringing up my only son. Your publications and advice service are brilliant.
