The Tithandizane Nursery is housed with the Beehive Centre for Social Enterprise, a Krizevac Project initiative designed to transform Chilomomi in Blantyre, Malawi. The nursery desperately needs more space and equipment. At the moment 125 children spend each day being cared for in a room no bigger than 60m2. There are 21 children aged under 5 for each carer. They have no inside toilets, washing facilities or toys. 15 of the children are orphans, the nursery gives them the consistancy and care that they need to cope with their lives, their care is provided free by the kind hard working staff at the nursery. The staff are excellent carers and they do more than their best to keep the children safe and happy in these impossible conditions.

A £10 donation would go a long way towards helping to refurbish the room and to help provide outside space, or it would help us to ship equipment out to Malawi. £5 pays for one month of childcare for an orphan, if we can fund their places the nursery would be far more sustainable. A larger donation would help us to achieve the ultimate goal of a quality children's centre that will provide early education, primary healthcare, loving day care and the fun that these children need to have the best possible start in life. To help the nursery now we need £8500. To build the children's centre I aim to raise £30000.
