About my fundraising
This Friday I'm leaving my credit card at home and will start the week with £67.50 in my pocket (equivalent to the job seeker's allowance here in the UK) to see how far that really goes.
I am raising money to support the work of Fredericks Foundation, a UK nonprofit micro-finance charity who helps the most marginalised segment of society to help themselves by funding business start-ups.
The more I raise the more together we can support FF's work during a time when unemployment is above of 2.6 million and youth unemployment exceeding 1 million, and continued hard times forecast for the next 5 years.
