About ELATT (EAST LONDON ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY TRAINING)
ELATT (East London Advanced Technology and Training) is an award winning registered charity, which provides training, education and employment opportunities for disadvantaged young people and adults in East London. Founded in 1984, our primary aim is to inspire people to gain the skills they need to flourish in life and work. We work primarily in two of the most deprived areas in the country (London Borough of Hackney and Tower Hamlets) with people in most need, and we have an excellent successful track record of providing innovative learning, skills and employment opportunities. We specialise in providing quality opportunities and vital services and projects to minority ethnic groups in East London.

(I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS AND ADULTS IN THE MANUFACTURE, USE, OPERATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTERS, MICROPROCESSORS AND OTHER ELECTONIC AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND EAST LONDON, AND (II) THE EDUCATION OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS TO THE ROLE AND EFFECT OF NEW AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IN SOCIETY.
