(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN THE AREAS OF CHRONIC DISEASES, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) RESPIRATORY AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES, AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY MAY AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. (B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROMOTION OF THE CARE, TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC DISEASES, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) RESPIRATORY AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES, AND THE CARRYING OUT OF RESEARCH IN ANY SUCH CONDITIONS, AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY MAY AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. (C) THE FURTHERANCE AND PURSUANCE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY MAY AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
