United for Dementia Forward - Great North Run 2015

Local health and social care providers, Vida Healthcare and Carefound Home Care, have united to raise funds for Dementia Forward by taking part in the Great North Run 2015.

Dementia Forward provide a service which is hugely important to families in the local community and both organisations are keen to support them wherever possible - if you are able to sponsor us we would be extremely grateful!

About Dementia Forward

Dementia Forward are an experienced and established team, passionate about supporting people living with dementia and those who care for them. We support people in the Ripon and Harrogate district, York , Selby, The Vale and Pickering.

We provide a highly responsive, individualised information and signposting service through different avenues to anyone who is interested in dementia, whether they have received a diagnosis, have concerns about their memory, support someone with memory problems, work in dementia care or just want to know more!
