About my fundraising
I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation and by doing so hoping to also raise awareness of how we should all be looking after our hearts. We all need a good heart!
I will be organising various fundraising activities as well as embarking on an overseas cycle challenge in February 2011 to Rajasthan where I will be cycling over 480km in 7 days. I am paying for the cost of my trip so that your donation 100% goes towards the BHF charity.
1st Fundraising Event: Christmas Craft Fair at the Elvetham Heath Community Centre GU51 1HA, Sunday 14 November 2010 2-5pm
This charity aims to prevent people from dieing too young from heart disease and to support those who are living with a heart condition. Thanks to the BHF, sufferers of heart disease, like my Dad, have been able to benefit from their pioneering research, diagnosis and treatment. Heart disease can be prevented by a healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise.
