About my fundraising
On the 12 May, I'm running Tough Mudder, a 10-12 mile off road obstacle course - www.toughmudder.co.uk
Then on the 13 May, I'm then running the Chester half marathon - http://www.activeleisureevents.co.uk/half-marathon.aspx
I think I'll be ok finishing the first day but having never run so far over 2 days, I'm just hopeful I'll get through the second.
I've also decided to raise a bit of money for charity at the last minute for the official race charity of the Chester Half Marathon, Northern Lights. Northern Lights is a charity that gives terminally ill children aged between 6 and 11 the chance to meet Santa in Lapland - http://www.northernlightscharity.org.uk/chester-marathon
If it encourages you to sponsor me, I'm doing the first in a dress and I'm open to fancy dress suggestions for the second. In fact I'm willing to consider the stupidest fancy dress suggestion possible from the person who sponsors me the most but any contribution is welcome.
