About my fundraising
I will be cycling 500 miles aross Southern Malawi 24th May - 6th June 2009 in aid of the Malawi Association for Christian Support. Visit their website: www.malawimacs.org
By working in partnership with communities and churches in Malawi, the Malawi Association for Christian Support helps to support 'self help initiatives' which promote the advancement of education, relieve poverty, sickness and distress and preserve and protect the health of communities in Malawi.
Please sponsor me! Here are some examples of how your money could be used:
£10 will supply food for orphans for a month
£20 will pay for a hospital bed for a month in one of 4 hospitals and 14 rural health centres
£30 will buy a metal framed school desk - something most schools in Malawi are without
£90 will pay for a trailer for a bicycle ambulance
