Dan's Cardiff Half 2014

Ladies and Gentleman, it's that time of year again!

For the 3rd time I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon, and though I've got a few under my belt now, it still takes a lot of training, time and dedication to get to the level I feel I can do the run justice. None of that would be possible without you.

Historically my friends and family have given me more support than I could ever have hoped for since I started running and it really does mean the world to me. It may sound clichéd but I really couldn't do it without you.

But you don't just support me, you support my cause too. Last year you hoped me raise over £800 for Ponthafren, which made a phenomenal difference. Ponthafren, as many of you know, as a place very close to my heart. I've had an active role there for some time now and will always want to give something back, because the organisation and the people that work there have given so much to me.

I'm hoping to have the time to upload a few blogs and videos this year, to allow you to see something a little more personal about me in terms of running and what it means to me, so watch this space!
