About COMPASSION DIRECT UK
CDUK provide practical self help to children and families living in the streets, shanty towns and mountain schools of South America. Funds are delivered directly to projects by UK Trustees by-passing other agencies.We have no paid employees and are entirely dependent upon voluntary contributions.We encourage environmentally friendly fundraising and projects.

WEater for mountain schools to grow fresh vegetables, trees to supply vitamins and absorb CO2, wind generators for energy, industrial sewing machines for workshops for single mothers or young people to be able to learn a trade equipment to set up a kindergarten in a shanty town, school starter packs for young children or books for after school reading groups.
