Steve Coles is raising money for JJ's Memorial Fund
My story
I'm running The London Marathon on Sun April 13th 2014. This is my 1st Marathon and I was lucky enough to be chosen as ballot runner. My chosen charity is JJ's Memorial Fund set up in memory of Pte Jeff "JJ" Doherty or "Doc" as he was known to his colleagues / brothers in 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment was killed in an ambush in Afghanistan on 12th June 2008. It was 2 days after his 20th birthday.JJ?s Memorial Fund primarily raises money towards helping injured Paratroopers and supporting the families of Paratroopers killed in action.Thanks for looking.
