TO ATTEMPT TO SEARCH FOR AND RESCUE ANY PERSON, OR PERSONS IN DIFFICULTIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AND TO ASSIST ANY OTHER RESCUE ORGANISATION, TO CARRY OUT SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS IN MOUNTAINOUS OR MOORLAND AREAS WHERE THE NORMAL RESCUE AUTHORITIES RESPONSIBLE FOR RESCUE WOULD EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTY, BECAUSE OF LACK OF SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EQUIPMENT.
