About my fundraising
I will be riding the Dragon race on Sunday 5th June. The Dragon Ride cyclosportive is a circularr 200km road cycle challenge ride over the beautiful hills and valleys of South Wales. With around 3000m of climbing, the route takes in the classic Milk Race/Tour of Britain climbs of the Bwlch, Rhigos and Brecon Beacons mountain roads. Hopefully the 2000miles of training in the last few months will pay off! The Dragon ride is associated with the Prostate Cancer Charity however I have chosen to raise money for Artists in Mind in respect of a college friend who died suddenly two weeks ago aged 41. AIM was his nominated charity and in honour of him, I would like to raise money for this charity. Please see the link for more information on the charity.
