About Child Victims of Crime
Child Victims of Crime is the only national police children's charity whose aim is to support any child up to the age of 16 years who has been a victim of crime committed within the UK. Police officers nominate these children for awards. We also provide personal safety literature for children.

TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS, TRAUMA AND DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM AMONG CHILDREN RESIDENT IN ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND, THE CHANNEL ISLAND AND THE ISLE OF MAN WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE COMMITTED BY ANY PERSON OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER. 2. TO PROMOTE CHILDREN'S HEALTH AND WELFARE, ENCOURAGE THEIR SOCIAL INCLUSION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND TO SEEK TO DEVELOP THEIR PERSONAL SAFETY.
