About Children With Aids Charity
Children With AIDS Charity (CWAC) has been set up to help the youngest of those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. It is a national charity with the simple aim of helping children and their families lead as near normal a life as possible.

(1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONGST PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, WITH AIDS OR INFECTED BY HIV AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO PURCHASE ESSENTIAL HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT OR TO ASSIST WITH THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS FOR CONVALESCENCE OR TO RELIEVE THE STRESS OF CARERS (B) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A CLINIC FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF PEOPLE WITH AIDS AND COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND EDUCATION SERVICE FOR PEOPLE CARING FOR CHILDREN WITH AIDS. (11) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND MEDICAL AND NURSING STAFF IN PARTICULAR IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH AIDS.
