Terms and conditions for Charity Challenge

  • This competition is being run by Everyclick of Cotswold House, Oxford Street, Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire. GL56 0LA
  • To enter all sections of the registration form must be completed.
  • The information you provide will place your charity in one of three categories: small (less than £1.5m), medium (£1.5m to £5m) or large (over £5m).
  • The winners of the competition will be decided against the following criteria:

  1. The amount of money raised through Everyclick during the competition period as a proportion of each charities declared income for the latest financial year
  2. The total number of your charity's supporters who use Everyclick services during the competition period as a proportion of your declared total of supporters
  3. The innovation demonstrated by each charity to engage their supporters in online giving.

Points 1 and 2 will be determined using data sourced from Everyclick and supplied by the charity. Everyclick reserves the right to verify all charity information. A shortlist will be drawn up of five charities in each of the three bands (15 charities in total) from the results achieved in Points 1 and 2. From these shortlists an overall winner and two category winners will be selected by an independent judging panel that will meet in April 2009. The judges will make their decision based on point 3.

  • The overall winner will receive a prize of a free poster campaign provided by Clear Channel. Creatives for the campaign will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Everyclick and Clear Channel will fund the printing, posting and media cost of the campaign. The runners up will receive prizes of free banner advertising on everyclick. The prize winners will be responsible for the creative costs.
  • Everyclick and Clear Channel reserve the right to ask any prize winner to change their creatives if they are deemed to contravene any of the ASA advertising code.
  • Winners will be contacted in May 2009.
  • The prize is not transferable and No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
  • Winners ads must carry an appropriate Everyclick message.
  • The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • Everyclick reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
  • Everyclick will endeavour to fulfil the prizes within 3 months of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
  • Any misuse of Everyclick will result in disqualification of the charity from the challenge.
  • Our privacy policy is that the information you have provided will only be used in connection with Everyclick and Clear Channel and not for any other purposes.
