Sponsored abseil from the top of Guilford Cathedral

I have lived in the Guildford area for most of my life and the Cathedral has been a prominent landmark. My mother was one of thousands of people who bought a brick to help fund it's building in the 50's. I was in the class of school children who did the first ever dances there, in the 70's and cart welled down the aisle. i con not conceive losing this important christian building it is in serious need of structural repair. I am going to be abseiling down the outside of the Cathedral to raise funds for their appeal. (when I was 25 I abseiled down Charing Cross hospital for charity, now 50 it seems fitting to do this. I am not sure what I will do at 75) please sponsor me and help save our Cathedral.
