Guildford to Shoreham (38 mile run)

On October 6th Paul Loader will be running from Guildford to Shoreham to raise urgently needed funds to support his charity CARAT Caring For The Animals Trust.

Carat are a small UK registered charity who try to help individuals in Greece in their work to rescue the often neglected and abused animals. Much of their funding goes towards sterilisation campaigns in an attempt to limit the number of animals struggling to survive on the streets.
