Ben Gladden, the Fitness Director of BodyRock Fitness UK is undertaking the ultimate challenge in May 2012. Tough Mudder is a hardcore obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test participants all round strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. This 10-12 mile challenge involves running through mud, fire, ice-water, 10,000 volts of electricity, stinging nettles, climbing over 12 foot walls and through underground mud tunnels! Through our Outreach Service we offer advice, advocacy, information and support on a range of issues including benefits, debt, housing & homelessness, child contact, criminal and civil law to name but a few. Most importantly we provide people with time and a safe space to be heard and consider their options. Our associated services include a Children & Young People's Service, Counselling, a programme of Group Work, Legal Advice Drop-in and Volunteering Project. All the money raise by Ben will go directly to supporting survivors of domestic abuse and their children - Thank you for your support!
