About Bees Abroad
Bees Abroad is dedicated to alleviation of poverty in developing countries through beekeeping. Specific projects are established in community-based organisations to promote sustainable, affordable beekeeping using appropriate technology and indigenous bees. Projects in Cameroon, Nepal, Kenya and Malawi are designed to become self-supporting after five years.

provide materials to make Top Bar Hives, smokers and the equipment necessary to market the products. One-hundred pounds will enable a recognised village leader to attend a residential beekeepin course for one week at an agricultural college. This person will be a valuable asset to their community and as a trainer is an intrinsic part of a Bees Abroad project.
