About my fundraising
On the 18th of August 2012, I will be one of a team taking part in the Great Wilderness Challenge in Poolewe, Wester Ross, to raise funds for Skye and Lochalsh Young Carers.
There are 58 young carers, aged between five and seventeen, currently being supported by this service, which offers weekly group support sessions, respite activities, one-to-one support, advocacy, skills devleopment and bereavement support.
Please help Young Carers to continue to meet the needs of its members by donating to this cause! Every donation is valued, big or small. Thank you very much for anything you can give.
