About my fundraising
My Name is George Wadsworth, I am 14 and that start of 2011 I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes.
From now until the 31St of August which is my birthday, I am going to try and raise as much money for Diabetes UK as possible, any donations would be greatly appreciated.
