About my fundraising
Hi, my name is Archie Watson (better known as Amazing Archie!) and I was diagnosed with Tay Sachs disease before last Christmas.
Tay Sachs disease is a rare, incurable and life-limiting disease and means that I won't grow up to be a big boy but I'm surrounded by my family and friends who give me lots of love and cuddles to make this illness easier for me.
It is these wonderful family and friends who have decided to make the most of my time here and do as much good as possible in respect of raising awareness of my disease and helping charities linked to my care.
I attend Caerphilly Childrens Centre and although I am unable to play with toys due to my disease, I do enjoy going there and especially spending time in their sensory room.
My Dad, Grampy, Pop, Uncles, Aunty and friends have assembled a team to climb the Welsh Three Peaks on June 9th to raise money for the childrens centre and would be very grateful if you can kindly sponsor them on this 'mountainous' c...
