About my fundraising
We will be riding 310km off road across Scotland coast to coast from Fort William in the west to Montrose in the east. During the trip we will be climbing over the Corrieyairack Pass and the munro Mount Keen complete with mountain bikes. Both of us are great friends, keen cyclists and football supporters. Allan's hero growing up in the 80?s was Tommy Burns and Iain's was Ralph Milne. So now know where our allegiances lie. More importantly both of us like most people have friends and family fighting cancer and in Allan's case his partner was recently diagnosed with malignant melanoma although the current prognosis is good. The Tommy Burns Skin Cancer Trust is currently in its infancy and is presently kindly coordinated by the Celtic charity fund who will add a donation of 25% to the final sum raised.
