About my fundraising

After 20 years of renal dialysis, my Mother (Ivy Halmshaw) sadly passed away on 13th March 2010. It is in her name, that I attempt to raise a few pounds for Kidney Research UK. If she could survive the suffering of dialysis three times a week for four hours a time, over the past 20 years, I'm sure I can cover 26 miles 385 yards on a Sunday Morning in April. I too have a kidney disease as does my Son, to date our issues can be treated with tablets, my sister however suffers from full renal failure and is therefore undergoing dialysis three times a week, so Kidney Research is very close to my heart. Please give as generously as you can, all donations will be gratefully received and put to good use. Thank you very much.
