About Agoriad Cyfyngedig

Agoriad - Working With Ability. Agoriad promotes the needs of people with disabilities and/or disadvantage in North Wales in seeking employment opportunities and in ensuring support for the individual to achieve this.We provide support and training courses, often leading to accreditation, which will prepare our clients for the transition into meaningful activity. We act as a labour market intermediary in order to secure supported work placements,further education, volunteering placements or jobs with local employers. Our courses are tailored to individual needs and cover life-skills, interpersonal skills, adult numeracy and literacy, ITC, vocational training, etc.We hold contracts to deliver the WorkStep, Work Preparation and Gateway programmes for the JobCentre Plus. We are also an approved provider of SkillBuild for ELWa, and hold Service Level Agreements with both Anglesey and Gwynedd Social Services Departments.
