About my fundraising
Hello everyone,
Thank your for visiting my fundraising page.
Each day almost 30,000 children around the world die from largely preventable malnutrition and disease. 1.4 billion people live in absolute poverty, without access to the basic resources that could enable them to become self-sufficient.
RESULTS is a grassroots organisation whose purpose is to generate the public and political will to end hunger and the worst aspects of poverty and to support ordinary citizens to believe in their capacity to create social change. It was through working with RESULTS last year, that I learnt of both the huge importance and effectivness of their campaigns. I, of course, appreciate these are tough economic times but I would be most grateful if you could sponsor me to run the Shakespeare Half-Marathon this year, in order to help those who are far worse off than we are.
