3 Ultra Challenge 2014

A 10 man team will run 3 ultra marathons over the summer period of 2014. The aim of this is to raise a significant sum for the Hoplite and Clock tower charities which provide exceptional welfare support to the men and their families.

The 3 events will consist of:

17 May 2014 - The Big Black Mountains Challenge. A 43 Km mountain marathon over the black mountains in South Wales. Further information about the event can be found at:

21 June 2014 - The Wall Run. A 69 Miles ultra marathon race from Carlisle to Newcastle along Hadrian?s wall. This is an organised race and the team hope to complete this in approximately 16 Hours.

26 July 2014 - Trailwalker. A 100 Km ultra marathon race from Petersfield to Brighton along the South Downs. This is an organised event which is primarily organised by Oxfam and the Gurkas. The team hope to complete this event in less than 15 hours.
