BRITISH 10k RUN - CINNAMON TRUST

I've been training to run the British 10k run and the day itself is nearly upon me. I'm running to raise money and awareness for the Cinnamon Trust.

The Cinnamon Trust does wonderful work for the most vulnerable in our society: animals and the elderly.

It is the only Charity of its kind and in need of much support!

Here are some stats:

• 15,000 volunteers;
• 32,142 elderly supported each year;
• 41,342 pets to support and
• 2 homes to support the hands on efforts
